WHO WE ARE
National Church Residences provides housing and healthcare services to seniors, enabling them to remain home for life. With 340 communities in 27 states and Puerto Rico, we are the nation’s largest not-for-profit provider of affordable senior housing and the largest employer of service coordinators. We also offer residential senior communities, home and community-based services, and permanent supportive housing for the formerly homeless and disabled.
We have successfully developed a mission to provide non-emergency transportation program for our residents at Barnesville Manor and Bridgeport Manor, located in Belmont County. In addition our program now includes those individuals who qualify under the Ohio Medicaid and private pay in Belmont County. We have community and housing-based transportation programs in Washington and Pike counties.
Our program continues to grow to meet the demand of those
in need. Our services are supported by contracts with the Department of Jobs and Family Services, both Belmont and Washington Counties in Ohio, to serve individuals who qualify under the Ohio Medicaid Non-Emergency Medical Transportation program.
Our partnership through grants and private donators has provided an avenue to service those underinsured in Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Wood Counties in West Virginia to receive life-sustaining medical treatments.
National Church Residences Transportation Services, LLC
has been named the lead agency in the development of Belmont County Coordinated Public Transit/Human Services Transportation Plan for Belmont County, Ohio by OMEGA.
Our organization has been added to Washington County, Ohio Coordinated Plan and West Virginia Region X Plan as stakeholders. The Coordinated Plans support the goals of improve transportation for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals with low income.
